Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:259

Abdullah ibn Muhammad narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: He used to dislike that one should say, "And I will come to you, by Allah," since Allah has said, "He is in every place."
