Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:278

Abu Usama narrated to us, he said: Ubayd Allah ibn Umar narrated to us, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, regarding a man who says, "It is upon me to walk to the Kaaba." He said: "This is a vow, so let him walk."
