Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:295

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Habib al-Mu'allim, from 'Ata', from Jabir, that a man made a vow to pray in Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem). He asked the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about that. He said to him, "Pray here," meaning in the Sacred Mosque (al-Masjid al-Haram). He repeated it to him three times. He said, "Then pray wherever you are able."
