Hafs narrated to us, from Layth, from Tawus, who said: He was asked about a man who made a vow to go to Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem). He said: "If he diverted it to the Sacred Mosque (al-Masjid al-Haram), it would be more fulfilling."
