Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:34

Narrated to us Abd al-Rahim, from Sa'id, from Qatada, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Umar, who said: If a person says, "Upon me is a vow," but does not name it, then upon him is the expiation of a grave oath.
