Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:368

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, that he was asked about a man who said to his wife, "If you eat meat, then you are divorced." She then ate fish. He said, "She is divorced." He said: Allah the Exalted says: "You eat tender meat."
