Hadith 7:436
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Qasim, from Muhammad ibn Ja'far ibn al-Zubayr, from 'Abbad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr, from 'A'ishah, who said: A man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and mentioned that he was "burned" (i.e., ruined/destroyed). He asked him about his affair, and he mentioned that he had intercourse with his wife during Ramadan. Then he came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, with a large basket called an *araq* containing dates. He said, "Where is the one who was burned?" The man stood up, and he said, "Give this as charity."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن يحيى بن سعيد عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن محمد بن جعفر بن الزبير عن عباد بن عبد الله بن الزبير عن عائشة قالت أتي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رجل فذكر أنه احترق فسأله عن أمره فذكر أنه وقع على امرأته في رمضان فأتى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يمكتل يدعى العرق فيه تمر فقال أين المحترق فقام الرجل فقال تصدق بهذا
