Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:468

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from ‘Ata’ and al-Hasan, regarding a man who enters into Ihram while in a state of anger. They said: "It is from the promptings of Satan; he shall feed ten needy persons, even if he was in obedience to Allah."
