Waki’ narrated to us, from Aslam, the freed slave of Anbasah, that he said: I asked Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib about a woman who swore not to drink from the milk of a goat belonging to her husband, then she drank it. He said: There is nothing upon her. There is no oath in food and drink.
