Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:56

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Khalid, from Abu Qilabah, that he said regarding the feeding of the poor for the expiation of *zihar*: "For every poor person, a *mudd* of wheat and a *mudd* of dates."
