Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:7

Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hakam and Hammad, from Ibrahim, from Alqama, who said: Vows are of two types: whatever is for Allah, then fulfill it. And whatever is in disobedience, then do not fulfill it, and upon him is the expiation.
