Ibn Fudayl and Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Sinan, from ‘Abdullah ibn Abi al-Hudhayl, from ‘Abdullah, who said: Whoever swears by a surah of the Qur’an shall meet Allah with the number of its verses as sins.
