Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:91

Muhammad ibn Marwan narrated to us, from 'Umarah, from 'Ikrimah, who said: A man asked, "Does a one-eyed [slave] suffice for the obligatory emancipation of a slave?" He [the man] said, "Lord, you have blinded the house." He [the man] then said, "At this moment, it is [equivalent] to the lame one."
