Hadith 30:10
Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Ayyub informed me, from Yazid ibn Abi Habib, from Marthad ibn Abdullah al-Yazani, from Tabi‘, the husband of Ka‘b’s daughter, who said: Paradise will be brought near, then it will be adorned. Then everyone from the creation of Allah will look at it—whether Muslim, Jew, or Christian—except for two men: a man who killed a believer intentionally, and a man who killed a person under a covenant (mu‘ahid) intentionally.
حدثنا زيد بن الحباب قال أخبرني يحيى بن أيوب عن يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن مرثد بن عبد الله اليزني عن تبيع بن امرأة كعب قال تزلف الجنة ثم تزخرف ثم ينظر إليها من خلق الله من مسلم أو يهودي أو نصراني إلا رجلان رجل قتل مؤمنا متعمدا ورجل قتل معاهدا متعمدا
