Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 30:154

Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: Ismail ibn Abi Khalid narrated to us, from Sa’d al-Ta’i, he said: I was informed that when Allah created Paradise, He said to it, "Adorn yourself," so it adorned itself. Then He said, "Speak," and it said, "Blessed is he whom I am pleased with."
