Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1086

Waki' narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from Abu Hasin, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, who said: "Whoever hears the caller [to prayer] and then does not answer him without an excuse, there is no prayer for him."
