Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1087

Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from ‘Adi ibn Thabit, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: Whoever hears the caller and does not answer, without an excuse, then there is no prayer for him.
