Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1096

Abu Usama narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abis, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, who said: Ibn Umm Maktum came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, Medina is a land of vermin and beasts of prey, so do I have a concession to pray the Isha and Fajr prayers in my house?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Do you hear 'Hayya 'ala al-salah, Hayya 'ala al-falah' (Come to prayer, come to success)?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Then come (hasten)."
