Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1107

Hafs narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Abi Yahya, from a woman among them, from a grandmother of hers, that Umar passed by a woman while she was waking a young boy of hers to pray, and he was lingering. He said: "Leave him, for it is not upon him until he understands it."
