Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1124

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Hammam, from his father, that al-Ash’ath brought forward a young boy. It was said to him [regarding that], and he said: "I only brought forward the Quran."
