Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1142

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Abu Hayyan, from his father, from al-Rabi’ ibn Khuthaym, that he had an illness, and he used to be supported between two men to the prayer. It would be said to him, "O Abu Zayd, you are, if Allah wills, excused." He would say, "Yes, but I hear the caller to prayer saying, 'Come to the prayer, come to the success.' So whoever hears it, let him come to it, even if by crawling, and even if by dragging himself."
