Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1167

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from ‘Awf, from Abu al-Minhal, from Abu Barzah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to recite in it [the prayer] from sixty to one hundred [verses], meaning in the dawn prayer.
