Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1214

Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, from Zayd and Abu Ayyub, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) recited Al-A'raf in the Maghrib prayer, in both rak'ahs together.
