Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1220

Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from Abu Nawfal ibn Abi Aqrab, from Ibn Abbas, he said: I heard him reciting in the Maghrib [prayer]: "When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest."
