Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1228

Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Masruq, from Muharib ibn Dithar, from Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah, who said: Mu'adh led a people in the Maghrib prayer. A boy from the Ansar passed by him while he was working on his camel. Mu'adh prolonged [the prayer] for them. When the boy saw that, he left the prayer and went off in pursuit of his camel. That was reported to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he said: "Are you a tempter, O Mu'adh? Should one of you not recite in Maghrib [the surahs] 'Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High' and 'By the sun and its brightness'?"
