Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1235

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from ‘Ali ibn Zayd ibn Jud’an, from Zurarah ibn Awfa, from Masruq ibn al-Ajda’, that ‘Uthman recited in the ‘Isha’—meaning the late night prayer—with [Surah] an-Najm, then he prostrated. Then he stood up and recited [Surah] at-Tin: "By the fig and the olive."
