Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1248

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Khalid, from ‘Abdullah ibn al-Harith, who said: I sat with a group of the Companions of the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) from the Ansar. They mentioned the prayer and said: "There is no prayer except with recitation, even if it is only the Mother of the Book (al-Fatiha)." Khalid said: I said to ‘Abdullah ibn al-Harith, "Did he name any of them?" He said, "Yes, Khawat ibn Jubayr."
