Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1256

Waki' narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from Yazid al-Faqir, from Jabir, who said: We used to say that there is no prayer except with the recitation of the Opening of the Book (al-Fatiha) and what is added to it.
