Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1269

Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Jabir, who said: I asked al-Sha’bi, al-Hakam, Salim, al-Qasim, Mujahid, and ‘Ata’ regarding a man who recites aloud in Dhuhr and ‘Asr. They said: There is no forgetfulness (prostration) upon him.
