Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1270

Waki' narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Bashir, from Qatadah, that Anas recited aloud in the Dhuhr and the 'Asr [prayers], and he did not perform the prostration [of forgetfulness].
