Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1309

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-‘Ala’, from Muhammad ibn al-Hakam, from Abu Wa’il, who said: Ibn Mas’ud led us in the Fajr prayer while traveling. He recited at the end of Bani Isra’il: "Praise be to Allah, who has not taken a son..." (to the end of the surah). Then he bowed.
