Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1338

Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from 'Umar ibn Ya'la, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, that he used to recite in the Fajr [prayer], in the two rak'ahs, [the Surah of] Bani Isra'il.
