Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1339

Waki' narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, who said: I prayed the dawn prayer behind Sa'id ibn Jubayr. He recited "Ha Mim al-Mu'min" (Surah Ghafir). When he reached "in the evening and the morning," he bowed. Then he stood for the second [rak'ah] and recited the remainder of the surah, then he bowed and did not perform qunut.
