Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1348

Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Hisham al-Dastawa'i, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, who said: It was narrated to me that Abu al-Darda' used to say: Recite in the first two rak'ahs of the Dhuhr and the Asr with the Opening of the Book (al-Fatiha) and a surah, and in the last two with the Opening of the Book. And in the last rak'ah of the Maghrib prayer, and in the last two of the Isha, with the Mother of the Book (al-Fatiha).
