Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1388

Abbad narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, that he said: The Imam and those behind him shall recite the Opening of the Book (al-Fatiha) in the Dhuhr and the Asr prayers.
