Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1401

3778. Muhammad ibn Abd Allah al-Asadi narrated to us, from Yunus, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Ahwas, from Abdullah, who said: We used to recite behind the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so he said: "You have confused the Quran for me."
