Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1437

Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The best of the rows of men is the first of them, and the worst of them is the last of them. And the best of the rows of women is the last of them, and the worst of them is the first of them.
