Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1513

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Abbad ibn Rashid, from al-Hasan, that he used to dislike praying in the resting places of camels. And he did not see any harm in [praying in] the resting places of sheep.
