Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1523

Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If a man prays and then, after he has prayed, finds urine on his garment or his skin, he shall wash it and repeat the prayer. And if he finds semen or blood on his skin, he shall wash it and not repeat the prayer.
