Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1540

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shareek narrated to us, from Abu Hashim, from Abu al-Aliyah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was praying with his companions, and a blind man came and fell into a well in the mosque. Some of his companions laughed. When he (the Prophet) finished, he ordered those who had laughed to repeat their ablution and their prayer.
