Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1561

Waki' narrated to us, from Musa ibn Umayr, from Alqama ibn Wa'il ibn Hujr, from his father, who said: I saw the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, place his right hand upon his left in the prayer.
