Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1599

Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi ‘Aruba, from Qatada, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, that he said: Whoever prays while there is seminal impurity (janaba) on his garment, there is no repetition (of the prayer) upon him.
