Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1628

Waki’ narrated to us, from al-Rabi’, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who recited "Say, He is Allah, [who is] One" and forgot the Opening of the Book (al-Fatiha), he said: "It suffices him."
