Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:164

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from ‘Asim, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, from ‘Alqama, from ‘Abdullah, who said: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, taught us. He said: So he performed the Takbir and raised his hands. Then he bowed and placed his hands together between his knees.
