Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1647

Waki' narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from al-Azraq ibn Qays, from Dhakwan, from Aisha, that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to pray upon the *khumrah* (a small prayer mat made of palm leaves).
