Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:169

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from 'Ubayd Allah ibn al-Hasan, from Ibn Abi Awfa, that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to, when he raised his head from bowing, say: "O Allah, our Lord, to You is the praise, filling the heavens and filling the earth and filling whatever You will of anything after that."
