Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:170

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad narrated to us, he said: Abu Juhayfah narrated to us, from Abdullah, that he used to say when the Imam raised his head from bowing: "O Allah, our Lord, to You is the praise, filling the heavens and filling the earth and filling whatever You will of anything after that."
