Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1709

Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il ibn Abi Khalid, from Qays, that he used to say the Takbir when the Mu’adhdhin said, "The prayer has been established," meaning in the first [Takbir].
