Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1711

Waki' narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: If he wishes, he may say the Takbir when he says "Qad qamat al-salah" (the prayer has been established). And if he wishes, he may wait until he finishes.
