Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1712

Waki' narrated to us, from Mahl, from Ibrahim, who said: He used to say the Takbir when the Mu'adhdhin said, "The prayer has been established" (Qad qamat al-salah), in the second [instance].
